Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
If an order cannot ship within the promised or legally required timeframe, LTS Beauty will provide applicable delay notices, cancellation opportunities, and refunds in accordance with law.
7. Returns & Refunds
All returns, refunds, exchanges, and eligible product claims are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.
Retail customers have a 14-day return window for eligible products, while wholesale purchases are final sale except for defective or incorrect items and other legally required remedies.

Resellers must maintain all applicable business registrations and permits.

Users must not engage in fraudulent transactions, unauthorized account access, website interference, or unlawful activity.
LTS Beauty may suspend accounts involved in violations of these terms.
